is the lead Pastor of Dominion Life Ministries International. Dominion Life is a
movement and a thriving missions and community-oriented Ministry which believes in healing, deliverance and evangelism. He was called at the age of ten when his great grandmother led him to the Lord at an all-night vigil service. She also took him to prayer meetings every Friday night for several years before she went to be with the lord. This deposited an awakening and revival with signs and wonders in young Kingsley’s life till today.
The Lord spoke to him several times regarding what He would use him to do and where He would take him. He joined the Jesus People fellowship, a Movement which eventually became Victory Bible Church International. Kingsley was one of the founding members. He rose through the ranks from a soul winner, home cell leader; an ardent prayer warrior attended Victory Bible Training Institute where he was ordained as a Minister. He served on many boards and in different capacities from youth pastor to chairman of the children’s board to Deputy Director of Priesthood (Home Cell), Pastor in charge of International Protocol, Pastor in charge of Media, Director of Crusades, leader of campus evangelistic team, Coordinating Pastor of universities, Pastor in charge of water baptism, and new converts teacher.
